The Aerial Claw Slash and Spin is one of the Aerial Attack Skills used by Sonic the Werehog in the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Unleashed. When using this move, Sonic slashes his foe(s) before finishing with a forward spin while in mid-air.

When performing this move, Sonic first performs the Aerial Claw Slash. After that, Sonic does a dash through midair where he spins around himself while sticking out both his fists, punching anything in his path.

The Aerial Claw Slash and Spin becomes available in the game when Sonic the Werehog's Combat parameter reaches level 5. To perform the Aerial Claw Slash and Spin in gameplay, the player must press XboxX.pngXboxX.pngXboxA.png/PSSquareButton.pngPSSquareButton.pngPSXButton.png in quick succession while Sonic is sent into the air by one of his other Skills, such as the Sho-Hog-Ken or Sho-Claw-Ken. In gameplay, the Aerial Claw Slash and Spin's final part lets the player move a little forward through mid-air, allowing the player to escape groups of enemies.
