"A Revolutionary Tale" (こわれた星の上で Kowa Reta Hoshi no Ue de?, lit. "On a Destroyed Planet") is the sixty-eighth episode of the anime series, Sonic X. It first aired on 8 April 2005 and 18 February 2006 in France and United States, respectively.

Locations
Plot
While traveling through space, Dr. Eggman and his forces come across a group of humans battling the armada of Pale Bayleaf. The two groups talk, and Shadow and Rouge get to know a human girl named Molly. After seeing Shadow in battle, Molly comes to believe that Shadow is a hero of folklore named "Black Wind". Shadow, Rouge and Molly infiltrate an old factory where they find the White Chaos Emerald. Eggman is then taken prisoner by the humans, revealing that they have made a deal with the Metarex. A battle erupts.
In the Japanese version, Molly is killed by Pale Bayleaf's lasers, while in the English dub, Molly flies away saying she will return and continue fighting. At the end of it all, Shadow and Rouge look out into a sunset in front of Molly's grave (Japanese version) and Shadow gives the Chaos Emerald to Rouge, showing he finally trusts her with an Emerald and tells her to give it to Eggman while he walks away. Despite the damage, Pale Bayleaf survives, and communicates with Eggman.
Trivia
- This is the second episode to not feature Sonic and his friends, the first being "The Adventures of Knuckles and Hawk".
- Aside from episodes prior to her debut, this is the first episode Cosmo does not appear.
