"A New Venture" is the main and opening theme of Sonic Rush Adventure. An instrumental version of the song plays in some Hidden Island stages, and is also the theme of Marine the Raccoon sung under her perspective.

It was composed by Tomoya Ohtani, with lyrics by Sakae Osumi and female vocals by Tahirih Walker.

Legacy

The song makes a reappearance as an unlockable song in both versions of Sonic Generations.

A more fast-paced remix of this song was released on the album True Blue: The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog.
The song is unlockable in Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games for the Wii, Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games and Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. However, it is just called 'New Venture.'
An instrumental version of this song is played during the Mario and Sonic mix in the Dream Figure Skating event in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games for the Nintendo DS.
In Sonic Generations, the song seems to last longer than usual. There is an intermission that was unused in the Nintendo 3DS version.
