1950 is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He one of the Spirits of the Years Past and is responsible for leading his corresponding year on its intended course.
Appearance[]
1950 resembles a middle-aged man from the 1950's, donning a small hat, a suite, and pants and shows. Like all the other Spirits of the Years Past, he wears a banner with his name on it.
History[]
New Year out[]
On the New Year's Eve of the year of 1950, the spirit of 1950 entered the Time Stream to guide his year down its intended course. Eventually, he would return to his own world.[1]
When it was time for 1999 to enter the Time Stream, 1950 and the other Spirits of the Years Past came under attack by the Time Waster, who appeared when 1930 attempted to take 1999's place. Soon after, 1950 encountered Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary when they were sent to his world by the Ring of Eternity, and he managed to introduce himself and the others spirits before the Time Waster struck. Fortunately for 1950, Amy and Tekno would resolve the issues with 1930 and end the Time Waster's rampage.[1]
