  • Pierwsza wersja okładki miała być po prostu okładką A do Sonic the Hedgehog #5.

  • Trzecia i ostateczna wersja okładki była taka sama jak poprzednia, ale dodano wokół niej niebieską ramkę, oraz podpis "The Fate of Dr. Eggman".
