E-Rider czerwonym motocyklem Eggmana. W grze Sonic Riders posiada czerwono-czarną kolorystykę. W Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity jest natomiast znacznie większy i dłuższy, z wyraźniejszymi uchwytami i rurami wydechowymi. Z kolei w Sonic Free Riders przypomina bardziej zwykły motocykl o czerwono-żółtej kolorystyce z zielonymi akcentami.

E-Rider zadebiutował w grze Sonic Riders, jako motocykl stworzony przez Eggmana specjalnie dla siebie. W grze E-Rider jest dostępny dla wszystkich postaci, z wyjątkiem E-10000G, E-10000R i Ulali. Posiada wysoką prędkość maaksymalną, moc i przyspieszenie, ale nieco słabsze skręcanie. Jego główną wadą jest to, że zużywa bardzo dużo paliwa w porównaniu do innych Extreme Gear. Jest odblokowywany razem z Eggmanem po ukończeniu historii Babylon.

W Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity E-Rider powraca jako osobisty motocykl Eggmana, ze zmienionymi statystykami, które zrównują go z innymi domyślnymi Extreme Gear. Jako typ Bike pozwala jednak przebijać się przez przeszkody bez tracenia prędkości. Jest silniejszy od innych Extreme Gear, ale trudniej się nim steruje. W zwykłych wyścigach jedynie Eggman może z niego korzystać, ale w trybie Survival Relay jest dostępny dla wszystkich postaci. Jest odblokowywany razem z Eggmanem po ukończeniu historii Babylon.
