Yuji Uekawa (上川 祐司 Uekawa Yūji,? "Yuji Uekawa") (22 april 1969, Shiga, Japan) is een Japanse kunstenaar binnen Sonic Team.
Voor Sonic Adventure werd er beslist op de personages van de videospelserie te herontwerpen. Na zijn werk aan Sonic R als karakterontwerper is Uekawa zijn kunststijl gekozen. Sindsdien tekent hij regelmatig verschillende soorten prenten voor de serie en heeft hij een tal van originele personages ontworpen voor, onder andere, de televisieserie Sonic X.
