Sega Superstars is een cross-over van verschillende games uitgegeven door Sega voor de PlayStation 2 EyeToy uit 2004. De speler moet via EyeToy de personages besturen in twaalf verschillende spellen. Vanzelfsprekend is er ook een spel met Sonic in de hoofdrol beschikbaar. Ook is er een minigame waar het opvoeden van Chao centraal staat.
