Lol, and you don't even say what kind of "unfinished business" you have.
Editing projects: a lot of content I still need to add to SNN. TV scripts and whatnot. It must be almost a year since I began and I've barely scratched the surface.

I have unfinished business here.

Good riddance, you untrue fan of sonic. I won't miss you. :)
I'm not leaving the wiki, in case you were unaware. Especially as I've been gone for most of the year. I am here purely as an editor now (I'm not even a fan, let alone an untrue one). I'll still drop the occasional comment though.
Anyway, carry on people. :)

I find it funny that now it's the time for you to say farewell to the Sonic franchise while all of these things happened that made others leave.
That's because I wasn't a fan when all that happened. If I was, I most likely would have left then. Sad but true.

I really hate to say this, but this just wrong for you to give up on Sonic just for that. I'm sorry, but no. I don't see any excuse to say farewell just because of the supporting cast in which you don't even know how they really perform in the actual show.
Right or wrong, I'm leaving. What are you gonna do about it?
These characters aren't even the main reason. They're merely the straw that broke the camel's back.
5. Because he has a lot of fans.
Badum-tish.
The Site Discussion board is only to be used for proposing changes/improvements to the website. I've moved this to the General Discussion board, where it is more at home.
Oh no, here we go again...
Everybody's a critic. ;) Here's one more:
53. What does Sonic say when he's desperate to use the bathroom? "Gotta go fast!"
@Blue: Thanks! Your approval is appreciated. Here's another one:
52. Why did Vector stick a parking ticket on the door to an internet café? He wanted to fine the computer room.
50. Eggman's so fat, when he fell on the ground, the events of Sonic Unleashed happened again.
5. Sonic Heroes
4. Sonic Generations
3. Sonic Unleashed
2. Sonic the Hedgehog 2
1. Sonic Colors
This topic has cropped up a lot in various Sonic forums. And yes, I mean a lot. And my stance on this has been unflinching from the beginning:
I'd rather SEGA stick to making new games instead of revisiting old ones, especially ones with such a negative reputation. Even though I hate how they seem to have de-listed the game (e.g. it's not included in the Special Book in SatSR), I would greatly prefer it to be left alone as part of history. Improving the glitches, controls and graphics would be a welcome change, but if the convoluted plot remained, the game would still be panned. However, it would be unfaithful to the canon to alter any plot elements of the story, including the kiss scene.
I'm concerned re-releasing '06 would only serve to remind fans of the disaster it caused and make SEGA go downhill again.

Wasn't there a debate on this in the past? I think I remember it being rejected on the grounds that it looked ugly. Frankly, I don't see where people are coming from; these sliders clear up the main page like a charm and don't look too unattractive. They do clash a bit with the homepage buttons, but this can be worked around by altering the slider and the buttons so that they complement each other better. All in all, I will...
Man, I can't believe I forgot. I'm so ashamed.
Happy birthday, Sonic! Through 23 years of ups and downs, we still love you with all our hearts. Live long and keep running!
Oh, and don't eat too many chili dogs; we all know what happened last time...
