You realise that the production will obviously take years considering it’s a 2-3 hour film? Also, the animation/modeling (in essence, the non-human characters) will take at least a couple of months, considering the multiple angles/poses of the skeleton per frame (as you can see I do not know how 3D animation works). Although, 2D or 3D, I can confirm that as an animator myself; it’s not easy and it takes a long time.
