Albatrosses are not all that obscure. There's literally a figure of speech "albatross around one's neck" to describe an annoyance. Swallows aren't really obscure either.

<p>Tails has two tails, and his actual name [mɑɪlz prɑwǝɹ] is a (incredibly un)clever pun on "miles per hour," [mɑɪlz p(ǝ)r ɑwǝɹ] a unit of velocity in those areas that (still) use the imperial system of measurement (because there are people actually named Miles, but you can't say the same for Kilometers or Kayems, or what have you).

<p>Well, they did fine overall both times with Spider-Man. I expect it will be…OK, at least. The PG-13 rating it will have will be caused by fantasy violence (which rating PG-13 is stupid) or Shadow (who's bad@$$).

Because this Knuckles is not from the same universe as the other Kunckleses and it would make sense that a character literally known for his strength wouldn't have arms the diameter of spaghetti noodles.
