Sticks the Badger

For many years, there has been wonder of the absence of classic Sonic characters or new characters based off of classic designs; such as Mighty the Armadillo, Ray the Flying Squirrel, and Trip the Sungazer. Although they serve no purpose in the modern games, they are still considered canon. My suggestion is that Sega could reintroduce these characters in spin-off games starring them to explain to Sonic fans on what happened to them. Our heroes can be comprised of Mighty, Ray, Trip, Honey the Cat, even the now-redeemed Bark the Polar Bear and Bean the Dynamite, since they have abandoned Fang the Hunter's employ. It could even included unseen canon characters like Stick the Badger, Witchcart, and the Battle Kukku Empire (untouched by Archie Comics, of course). It could expand the Sonic lore even farther.

My only concern is the name of this spinoff game. It can't have "Sonic" in the name, since it's not about the hedgehog himself, and the classic characters may not as important enough star in their own game. For example; Shadow, Knuckles, Tails, and even Dr. Robotnik and Cream the Rabbit had got their own spinoff games at a time. If I had to choose, my recently suggestion would be to call it "Mighty and Ray", if they are still popular enough. But these are just my opinions. What are your thoughts?

Let's say you're describing Sonic characters to someone who's never played the games, read the comics, etc. And then you reached...Sticks. In your own words, how would you describe Sticks in a NUTshell?

I was working on my next part of my "Hello, and welcome to me making Team Sonic Racing better" series, this next part being about Team Ultimate themes, and when I got to Sticks the Badger, it got me thinking:

See, we need more characters like Sticks. I mean like the nutty, jungle, animalistic kinda characters. Like, we kinda have the Boscage Maze characters in Prime, but those don't count since they're only variants, and besides, not everyone likes Prime for pretty valid reasons.

So I feel like they should give the jungle character idea another try, especially considering that Sticks is canon to the mainline games.

I can honestly tell how Sticks goes well with Sliver and Blaze compared to Vector because let’s face it TSR didn’t bring Espio and Charmy with Vector and Cream for Amy and Big. Sticks is what I had in mind since now she’s canon to the mainline Sonic games (at least for the story)

Explanation Concept? Personally, i've been craving for mixing Marine the Racoon and Sticks the Badger eversince they both had similar colours and themes, so why don't try to mix them? (pls Sega notice me😂)
