It used to give me chills, but not anymore. Mostly because I've seen it multiple times & "Majin Sonic" having more exposure nowadays thanks to Friday Night Funkin' modders.
Plus, I've seen way scarier easter eggs in more modern games such as the ghost of Agnes Dowd from Red Dead Redemption II, the various creepy multiplayer map sounds from Call of Duty: World At War & the "HellValleySkyTrees" from Super Mario Galaxy 2.

I've been trying to figure it out for a while now but to no avail. I know the lyrics to the rest of the song. But for some reason, I just can't understand nor comprehend the lyrics right at thr end. I'll share it here so that you can listen to it yourself. I recommend you jump to 1:13 for the part that I'm talking about. If you know what the lyrics are, feel free to inform me and thank you in advance for reading this really long paragraph of a post.

Watch out, everyone! It’s mock-upin’ time!
So to start off, it would simply be called Sonic CD Plus since it would be released in 1996, only 3 years away from the original’s release:
Little plus symbol I drew myself. And yes, the 1995/1996 PC version would also be Sonic CD Plus. The file select would look like this:
And as you might’ve guessed, Tails and Amy are playable characters as well, (partly inspired by Sonic CD Restored, an amazing mod made by PimpUigi for the 2011 Retro Engine version which I do recommend greatly.) and Sonic’s sprites have received a noticeable overhaul (credit to RetroForever for these). Here’s some normal gameplay screenshots:
You may have noticed the arrow boxes in the first two screenshots. They are little radars that guide you to each Badnik generator in the past. Thankfully they’re completely silent, unlike the distracting Master Emerald piece radar in Knuckles’s Adventure levels. But that’s not all!
THIS AIN’T A SCENE, IT’S A GOSH DANG SONIC RACE! This is basically like the competition modes in Sonic 2 and Mania, but since it’s on the higher-res Saturn, there’s no screen crunch at least.
And best of all, the Special Stages are now in full 3D! Sadly, I don’t have Blender or the likes so I can’t make a mock-up of that for now.

I think Sonic CD has the best music in a Sonic game because the "bad future" themes can be catchy with a little mix of spookiness & it can even fit into a level's theme too (depending on which version it is).
Birthdays seem to be trending with SonicBoi12 & ClassicSonic1992 recently mentioning theirs and Mresc posting an upcoming one. So without further ado, I'm writing my list of birthday games.

About my first day of Sonic Rush: This was my first DS game using the buttons (The first ever game I got on that handheld was Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training, and it only uses the stylus to navigate) and I almost traded it away because I was stuck between the main menu and title screen, but it turns out I kept pressing the B button, thinking that it was the A button. No wonder why Sonic kept saying 'Sonic Rush!' over and over in a cool voice every time I make that mistake. So funny!
Also, I found an article on the Windows 95 port of Sonic CD. This discovery has touched my heart, as this was my first Sonic PC game. That's why I'm so used to the US Soundtrack, as that is what I grew up with. I do remember and love that beautiful cover of the European version I'm putting up for show.
Now, does anybody want to do their list, whether it's birthday, Xmas or whatever? Looking forward to seeing them!
