Sonic the Hedgehog CD

Thoughts?

Yeah second post in short time but this question occured to me often frequently: hypothetically, if I had separately old games such as Sonic the Hedgehog CD, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and etc., or Sonic Origins/Sonic Origins Plus, would that be the same thing? I mean, are changes in Sonic Origins big enough so I would want to get it too? (again, not that I have it exactly, but I'm curious)

It used to give me chills, but not anymore. Mostly because I've seen it multiple times & "Majin Sonic" having more exposure nowadays thanks to Friday Night Funkin' modders.

Plus, I've seen way scarier easter eggs in more modern games such as the ghost of Agnes Dowd from Red Dead Redemption II, the various creepy multiplayer map sounds from Call of Duty: World At War & the "HellValleySkyTrees" from Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Well one thing is for sure, the name would be changed, but to what?

I played the Japanese version bc the American OST is not as good as the original. I love the zones, I like Metal Sonic, and I think Amy is cute. But I hate the special stages. I always think that I'll hit the UFOs when I jump, but I miss it. It emotionally hurts me. I also that there would be something like 7 or 8 zones, but there's only 6 zones, like with the original game. I mean, I'm pretty sure that CD and Sonic 2 were made at the same time, which might explain why my boy Tails wasn't in it. ALSO I HATE THE LOGO SO MUCH!!! THE D IS SO WONKY AND LOOKS OUT OF PLACE!!! KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!!!!! But other than that is one of my favorite Blue Speed Mouse games.
