For what I know, Sonic the hedgehog 2 is the best-selling game for Sega Game Gear, but I wanted at least a top 5 list of the most sold or something like. Could someone help, please?

My rating: 9/10
My opinion: The hardest Sonic game
It's interesting how the 8-bit version came out BEFORE the 16-bit version.
Positives:
-The game has surprisingly a lot of content
-Vehicles are self-explanatory and work fine
-The game is generous with rings and 1UPs
-The music is still amazing
-The game is graphically impressive yet again
-Bosses are creative and very unique
-Chaos Emeralds are now only found in 2nd Acts of Zones and now they have different colors (purely aesthetic)
-There is plenty of secrets to be found
Negatives:
-The Zones are ridiculously difficult
-However, the bosses are still easy (except for the final boss)
-Sound effects are quite underwhelming
Zones:
Underground:
Already makes me super confused. Why are we underground for the first Zone? Anyway, the Zone itself isn't too bad, and its Chaos Emerald isn't hard to find. The Zone's boss is by far one of the easiest in the series.
Sky High:
This Zone isn't really fun to navigate. I feel like there are spikes everywhere and I can't see them most of the time. Finding the Chaos Emerald isn't much better either because I don't know what clouds I can stand/bounce on. The boss is a bit tricky, but is simple once you know its pattern.
Aqua Lake:
While most water levels are painful, this one is fairly decent. There isn't much slowdown in movement and there is a lot of secrets. The Chaos Emerald is really easy to get to; just inside the tube and hold left. The boss is not too hard, but it can be difficult at times.
Green Hills:
This might be my favorite version of Green Hill so far. It is super fast and has loops (which is interesting to see in an 8-bit Sonic game). There are also a ton of secrets on top of loops, like 1UPs. It isn't easy to know where the Chaos Emerald is in the Zone though, so you need to do precise platforming. The boss is kind of mid; has different patterns, but once you know them, this boss is a cakewalk.
Gimmick Mountain:
A very creative Zone. It combines elements from previous levels and features fun gimmicks (It is called GIMMICK Mountain, after all.). Finding the Chaos Emerald is quite confusing. How am I supposed to know I can jump though a wall to search for it? The boss is extremely easy to beat, however.
Scrambled Egg:
GOD, PLEASE NO! This Zone is the definition of a maze. Even more than Labyrinth. Silver Sonic is fairly difficult to beat, but becomes very rewarding if that's done.
Crystal Egg:
A secret Zone which is found after collecting all of the Chaos Emeralds. It is flooded with 1UPs and Rings, making survival easy. The Robotnik boss fight is by far the hardest in the game, but a simple pattern will be enough to defeat him.
Also, Tails literally DIES in the bad ending. Couldn't have let that happen.
I'll review the 16-bit version of the game next.

There's something I noticed in Sonic 2 8-bit, Sonic's idle animation is he shrugs. Does it count as breaking the forth wall?
I did it again.
This one took less time to make, only taking about an hour total

So you guys know that cool Sonic 1 Commodore 64 game that someone made that was a port of Sonic 1 SMS/GG on the C64?
Ya, well I made concepts of if a sequel was made.
This weird and silly (and hopefully cool to you guys) mock-up shows (SoNiC) Under Ground zone as it would have looked like in the game, since I bet that if a sequel was made, they would have used Sonic 2 SMS/GG for it just like they did with Sonic 1.
I tried to include everything, which the only thing that is not here is the "x" that goes in between the Sonic Life Icon and the "4".
This took a total of 2 ½ hours to make.
Thoughts and opinions?
You may have known this already, but for those who didn’t…
”You Can Do Anything” chronologically DIDN’T originate from Sonic CD, but from the level Green Hills Zone in the 8-bit version of Sonic 2, which released in 1992, approximately a year before Sonic CD.
Think of Classic Tails getting wet and using a hair dryer on him 🤩💛
How do you recreate the FM patches/synths in the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive version of Sonic the Hedgehog (1991) in UltraBox (ultraabox.github.io), and how do they work?
I'm using those in my cover of the title theme from the 8-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
The rules are here because no one responded to the first part which was also the rules: https://sonic.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000000195094
