Well, we know that Chaos was a mutated Chao thanks to the Master Emerald’s radiation, which gave him powers to control water, and Sonic Fromtiers revealed that both Chaos and the Chao were direct descendants of the Ancients who came to Earth with the Chaos Emeralds after The End destroyed their planet. The Final Horizon revealed that there were five tribes of the Ancients, with the survivors being the intelligent ones, and Sage revealed that the symbol in the sky is the symbol of the God of the Ancients.
So here’s my theory…
What if… said God created both Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald, and used the Master Emerald’s powers to evolve Chaos as the deity's avatar…?
Crazy I know…
Even though its Flash’s thing, ive been seeing a lot of animations/sprite animations showcasing this and the blue electricity looks so good on Sonic.
I feel like there should be a concept where Sonic uses his wind based moves when he’s more chill and he should use electricity when he gets really angry. Like if a villain were to hurt one of Sonics friends, so the electrical energy or what some people call “Chaos Energy” be unleashed when Sonic locks in. This could be a type of power that Sonic wants to avoid using but will use it if he’s under a lot of stress like Dark Sonic
Sonic The Hedgehog: Things Shadow Does Better Than Sonic
Ok, so first off, they said Shadow has far more abilities than Sonic. This is heavily debatable, Sonic has TONS of abilities, he has different ones in each game he's in, but generally in modern games he has homing attack and boost.
Yes, Shadow Generations has Shadow using far more diverse abilities than Sonic does, but that doesn't mean all Sonic does is boost and blast stuff when he rolls into a ball.
Canonically Sonic has dozens of abilities, so he does have equivalent potential to Shadow in that area, though I do acknowledge Shadow uses his more of his own abilities than Sonic does. But especially when we saw what Sonic can do in Frontiers I don't think it's a fair assessment to say all Sonic does is run around and smash things with speed.
Next, "Rouge is more reliable than Tails". Uh... really...? Uhm... I'll leave it at that.
Otherwise, the article was fairly accurate in observation. I'd love to see what you guys think.
sonic says the energy "gave him a boost", and phantom rush perfectly fits that description: a digital attack where he feels enhanced power
Yeah
I have nothing else to say I wouldn’t blame sega or Sonic on this and the game works fine
I’m on normal mode btw, I’m gonna practice on that a bit before moving on to hard mode

Something I never thought I appreciated until now was that for Sonic Frontiers and Shadow Generations, whenever you restart a stage, the stage theme keeps playing and doesn't start from the beginning.
Whereas in Sonic Generations, it does start from the beginning every time, making it incredibly obnoxious when trying to hunt for Chao and Red Star Rings.
I hope they keep the new method of not having the stage themes reset whenever restarting from now on.
Would make it much so much more bearable.
Even if I haven't gone halfway through the game yet, I LOVE it so far. It's fun, quick-paced, unique, enjoyable, and just straight up amazing.
If you've known me enough for a while, you would know that I didn't like Frontiers as much as others due to its Zelda-like gameplay.
The White Space in Shadow Generations fixes every problem that I had with Frontiers. It's quick, short, simple, and is just straight up better.
Don't get me wrong, I WANT to enjoy Frontiers like everyone else. I really do. But all the difficulty and complexity just ruins the game for me. Honestly, it's not bad, but at the same time, it's also not good either.
In conclusion, with its gameplay, story, and everything else, Shadow Generations is JUST what the franchise should be: fun, quick-paced, action-packed theming while at the same time also contributing to a deep part of a story.
Best Sonic game, 10/10.
UPDATE ON FRONTIERS: It turns out I was playing the "new to Sonic gameplay" mode. I created a new game and chose the "familiar to Sonic gameplay" option and I actually understood and found it more engaging this time. But overall, it's a 7/10.
I will not lie, the vocal version of I'm with you made me tear up a little. That whole final fight was one over-the-top anime moment after another.

A fanmade song for Sonic Frontiers. I do not know if there is multiple or just this one. If it is on a boss, I'm guessing Wyvern. I also don't know if this features Dark Sonic or that's just the background for the song on SoundCloud.
