This was a fanmade video a deviantart user made for their attempt at re-writing the story of Shadow the Hedgehog's standalone game to make it better (on their old page, their exact words were "putting a gun in something and saying "damn", doesn't make it dark". Their words, not mine.).

Here's the video description: "Based on the SEGA video game character, darker counterpart to Sonic the Hedgehog. What if he had a CGI action movie, and was voiced by Vin Diesel? The music is "Fistful of Silence" by The Glitch Mob. The original story for those unfamiliar is that Shadow was an artificial being created to be the ultimate weapon; however, Maria, the granddaughter of his designer Gerald (grandfather himself to the infamous Dr. Robotnik), saved him from captivity but was killed herself by security guards. Seems to me if Shadow is supposed to be the bad*** he should be, and not just angsty, make him an awesome fighter, truly guilt-ridden, and instead of generic rock, let's have a thumbing modern techno track to guide his mayhem! Vin can affect just the right level of calm, menace, grit, and threat with his voice, much better suited to The Ultimate Lifeform then his current actor who sounds disinterested and surprisingly high pitched."
