You know how characters like Fang, Ray and Mighty aren't allowed in non-throwback stuff because they aren't in any of the modern-styled games? Mecha Sonic has only appeared in Sonic 3, but he clearly isn't subject to the same rules because Scrapnik Island exists. Doesn't this seem inconsistent to anyone else?

So recently Nathalie Fourdraine released the full reference sheet for everyone favorite broken down robot, Mecha Sonic on Twitter

The reference is interesting as it basically confirms the eye theory for Mecha Sonic. And it shows an ability never seen in the comic of him shooting with his Crabmeat claw, and confirms that his jet still functions.
