‘Live and Learn’ musician suing Sega over ownership of iconic Sonic the Hedgehog song
A musician is attempting to sue Sega over Live and Learn ownership. While this shouldn't be a thing, and Sega will likely win the case, this isn't the first time someone's decided to unreasonably sue sega over a major part of the Sonic franchise.
This lawsuit could potentially ruin Sega's relationship with Crush 40, who have over the years made Sonic music into some of the best and most iconic videogame music.
While a petition may not have any direct influence on the lawsuit, it can help Sega see how important Sonic music is to us Sonic fans and have have second guesses about any considerations about parting ways with Crush 40.
I can't start a petition myself, so if anyone can please do so and send the link here (moderators, can you please confirm this is allowed?)
Also, we need as many people as possible to promote the petition as we can, spreading the word on social media sites and platforms, so please we need to work together so we can prevent losing a big part of the Sonic franchise. It happened once, we will NOT let it happen again

Order: Live And Learn -> Bad Guy (Falling In Reverse) -> Give 'Em Hell, Kid (My Chemical Romance) -> 3am (Halsey) -> Bleed It Out (Linkin Park) -> Aliens Exist (blink-182) -> Drawbar/Final Masquerade (Linkin Park) -> Drown (Bring Me The Horizon)
This one is a lot more Pop-punk than by other ones, and there is no breakdowns, but it's very melodic. Enjoy 😊

When I sang "Live and Learn" at karaoke, I realized the lyrical genius of that song. The lyrics have a double meaning: They both connect to Sonic Adventure 2's narrative and completely make sense as a totally non-Sonic song. If you strip the lyrics of its connection to Sonic, it's a motivational song about life's challenges and making through them.
Like I originally thought, are Sonic lyrics generally this genius? I went through other songs' lyrics and they still have connections so overt that you can still make a gist of the narrative if you haven't heard of it before. If I have to give an example, "His World" has the lyric "He's like a running man, in his world…".
