Perfect Hazard and Final Chaos

So after playing SA2 for the first time in like 6 years, something confused me. How is the ARK, a half-planetoid object hundreds of times smaller than Earth is, possibly destroy the WHOLE planet? At most it would destroy part of a continent but not a whole planet!

Look how tiny this thing is compared to Earth itself.

Which brings me to another question, what happened to the Finalhazard? Eh the Biolizard, it presumably dislodged from the ARK given theres nothing there but what happened after that?

I beat Sonic Adventure 2 yesterday! Kinda funny how the Biolizard is harder than the Finalhazard.

What would happen if the ARK were to collide with earth? Would it destroy the whole planet or would it destroy part of it? Yes this will be scary for kids assuming that everyone will die anyway. But thats besides the point, what would’ve happened to earth if the colony hit it?

It was such a long ride! I remember when I didn't even know how to play. I gotta say though, the final boss was REALLY easy. Not joking, I beat it on my second try! It was easier than the Biolizard because that one was S M A C K I N G me, still proud though!
