This fangame is unfinished because the story needs to be finished as the game too. How the story will do the rest when the fangame was unfinished.
Since Sonic Prime is a multiverse story and, if the concept art is to be trusted, there will be multiple versions of Eggman in it as the villains, I think it would be fun if there was a version of Eggman with black-and-red eyes like AOSTH Robotnik, SatAM Robotnik, Underground Robotnik, and the original Robotnik in pre-SGW Archie. I think it would be cool if they do that for an extra-evil, extra-dangerous version of Eggman. What does everyone else think? If nothing else, I’d like for there to be a version of Eggman with black-and-red eyes, just as a fun mythology gag referencing the nineties cartoons and Archie.

(Before I begin, I should probably clarify that this isn't a serious theory. It's just a weird thought that came into my head. Don't take it any more seriously than you want to, okay?)
The worlds of AoStH and SatAM used to be one universe. In this universe Robotnik was equal parts comedic and sinister, not unlike his counterpart from the games. However, something happened (maybe an early version of the Super Genesis?) that caused the world to split. It is my belief that Robotnik was responsible for the event, or was at least caught in the epicenter. This caused his personality to split between two versions of himself, with one (dubbed Ivo) being purely comedic and the other (dubbed Julian) being purely sinister. His involvement also caused the two worlds to change dramatically in a way that reflected their respective Robotnik's personality. This may also by why Tails was born six years later in one world, though I don't know what specifically would cause that.

Rafa Knight a person who was previously a cover artist for Archie Comics' Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs. had posted something that she had got from Sega secretly that she had upload on her discord.
It was a scrapped Epilogue in Sonic 06 that was something for a big tease for the next game that would of been something really special for fans but it has been scrapped and whatever this game was it was cancelled for unknown reasons.
Rafa Knight said that in that after the credits a text appear saying ''Somewhere else in another universe'' which would of shown that this was other universe that was not the same one we know.
Because it has showed a different Robotnik in this Epilogue the one that has been consider by fans to be the greatest version of Robotnik or Eggman, as well as the evilest. Dr Robotnik from Sonic Satam!
Sadly we will never know what was going to happen in this game due to that it was cancelled by Sega and we don't even know what it was going to be.
