6. Archimedes replaces Omochao

7. The Dark Legion finds Shadow on Prison Island not Eggman

8. Plot twist where Locke foresaw the Biolizard

9. Rouge is established to be from a country of anthrophomoric bats that all look just like her

10. Another plot twist where Gerald was in cahoots with the Dark Legion & Penders tries to justify why we're supposed to sympathize with Gerald teaming up with them

11. Enerjak is built up as a big boss fight but is ridiculously easy

12. Knuckles & Julie-Su romance subplot

13. The Chaotix are here but don't do anything, Penders forgets Charmy exists halfway through

14. Terrible stealth levels where you play as Geoffery

15. Subplot about Tails' long lost brother that has nothing to do with the story

16. There's a gold Gamma recolor to hint at a major plot twist

17. Knuckles becomes Chaos Knuckles in the final third of the game

18. Super Sonic & Super Shadow have trouble defeating the Biolizard but Chaos Knuckles one shots him

19. Knuckles falls down to earth not Shadow.

20. Game ends with the reveal that Gerald is alive and will become the main antagonist in the next game which takes place during a timeskip
