Okay, guys, so today I am reviewing Sonic Adventure 2, and honestly, this game is overhyped all to heck. The music is fine, but for a series known for banger music, it really falls short for me. As someone who didn't grow up with this, but grew up with the Dreamcast collection for the 360, this game isn't a worthy sequel. Doesn't help that Team Sonic and Dark feel the same to play. Unlike in later games, Shadow plays mostly like Sonic, which is boring, and Biohazard feels out of nowhere tbh. The game also doesn't look as good as Adventure 1, and the confusing storylines between Team Sonic and Dark make it not very fun for me. And every iconic moment isn't worth it, only Maria getting shot gives me any emotion, so yeah, there's that. Overall... this game gets a 4/10 for me.
