I know a bit about programming and making games what if I try to make this so called sonic 4 episode 3 and remaster the other 2 games?

So was Sonic 4 ever deemed non canon? And if not. What happened to little planet after it?

But unfortunately, we didn't get Episode 3.

And I feel the same pain about that as I do when I hear about Forces hate.
