Someone decided to add a scene where the camera starts below Cream's dress as she walks away from the camera, letting the audience see what's below her clothes for that moment. I guess you can imagine what is... FBI, open the door up.

And that's even a thing in the 4Kids version, known to censor anything in it's path, for some reason.
