I did this for fun. No intent if I offend you or your favourite character. I tried to put as many as people actually care about (so no ultra-obscure characters.) It'll also only be characters SEGA has the license/rights to use. *ahem*
Sonic the Hedgehog: You're one of two things; either you wish you had the social mentality to be like him, or you're just like everyone else.
Miles "Tails" Prower: You're 50% of the fanbase, and your favourite game if Sonic 3.
Amy Rose: You ship Sonamy.
Sally Acorn: You're cool and hate the people who say she's a "Mary Sue."
Rotor the Walrus: You think he became hella underappreciated when Tails became the genius.
Antoine D'Coolette: You only liked him when he stopped shipping Sally.
Bunnie Rabbot: You think she's a total bada##. You'd be correct.
Doctor Ivo Robotnik "Eggman": You're either a Mike Pollock hater or Mike Pollock lover.
Metal Sonic: Your favourite game is either Sonic CD or Sonic Heroes.
Tails Doll: You actively despise sunshine.
Metal Knuckles: You either think you're awesome, or a nerd.
Scratch: You suck at your job, yet you still believe you're amazing.
Grounder: You're the guy that genuinely tries but still fails.

Tikal the Echidna: You love calm, pacifist characters. You don't think she deserved what happened to her.

Maria Robotnik: You either think she's cute, or you're really into dead people.

Blaze the Cat: You simp her and prefer Sonaze over Sonamy.
Black Doom: You genuinely believe it is Shadow's father.
The Babylon Rogues: You say that the three Sonic Riders games are better than the main series. [I did not have any ideas for the individual members.]
Silver the Hedgehog: You pray every day and night he'll be playable in an actually good 3D Sonic game.
Elise: You don't exist; nobody likes this character.
Mephilis: You think that it is better than Eggman. In terms of destroying Sonic, yes.
Marine the Raccoon: You want her to calm down.
Chip: Listening to "Dear My Friend" is an impossible challenge.
Wisps: You are ignorant of the fact they're just Mario powerups.
Orbot: You think the only good thing about it is that it's sassy.
Cubot: You're just here for the memes, because be honest; nobody likes Cubot.

Time Eater: You're in the club of "mid Sonic boss fight lovers."
The Deadly Six: You want more than just Zavok and Zazz as the deadly six appearing in the Sonic spinoffs.
Sticks the Badger: You love wacky characters that break the 4th wall.
Sage: You like cute anime girls.
Barry the Quokka: You think he's a better detective than the Chaotix.
The Conductor: You think he's cute.
Surge the Tenrec: You want the best for her and think she's better than Scourge.
Kit the Fennec: You think it's sad he gets overlooked.
Doctor Starline the Platypus: Just seeing him in this list makes you sad.
Tangle the Lemur: You love her and hope she appears in the mainline series.
Whisper the Wolf: You think she's really cute and ship her a lot.
Infinite the Jackal: You hate it when people say he sucks (even though he kind of does.)
Akhlut the Orca: Your favourite competition to attend to is roast battles.
Clove the Pronghorn: You find her actually sympathetic.
Cassia the Pronghorn: You wish the best for her. No, seriously, you do.
Lord Mordred Hood: Admit it, you make tens of excuses every day.
Maw the Thylacine: You think him being able to use the Kirby card is pretty hilarious.
Thunderbolt the Chinchilla: You think she's a worse version of Starline, or better version of Starline.
That's all the ideas I got so far. I was inspired by a few other opinions, but I did make some of my own up aswell. Anyway, that'll be it for now.
