Great design! I might've leaned harder into straight lines to 'amp' her scaliness, but that's a little nitpicky on my part

Maybe it's because I'm a big fat Metroid fanboy, but as soon as the helmet reveal happened, I pictured "Modern Trip" being perfectly paralleled to Samus' exact character arc of not just coming out of her timid shell as modern/older, but doing a full 180° and become a tough-as-nails hero who tracks down criminals like Fang after he used her

@BurgerGuyForever Talking about tough as nails; I may have added a secondary function of the Black Onyx, killed then resurrected Trip, and had her defeat an unkillable alien demon. My take on the character is one of the darkest things I've written.
