The thought came to me when I wondered who would Paper Mario's "equivalent" would be. Thing is though, Sonic the Sketchog only had the one game called Sonic Freehand, and it was an iPhone game. Paper Mario had a whole series of games.
But can you imagine Sonic the Sketchog with the power to run across all kinds of paper and maybe other flat surfaces? Imagine him running across your bedroom wallpaper, jumping on your furniture and such!
As for making an RPG out of it, I dunno.
