Hello. Over the past couple of months, the number of discussion moderators has been declining, with the departure of CyberSonic6096324.0, WyvernSilverBlue123, and AlternateV and the increasing inactivity of ChardonnayBloo. I don't want to fill myself with pride, but as someone who wants to treat fellow users here respectfully, I nominate myself as a Discussion Moderator.
Throughout my time here (1 year, 4 months, and 17 days as of writing this), I believe that I have succeeded in following certain rules, such as avoiding drama and treating users (including staff) with respect. I avoid insulting, bullying, or harassing users, knowing that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated across the Sonic Wiki Zone.
I make sure to respect, compliment, or defend users here if necessary, hoping to bring a positive light to everyone in the community, especially disabled people, as they may have a different mindset.
Almost every day, I check to see how the Board's doing, what's going on, and what's the right thing to do.
In conclusion, I believe I have the right strength to be nominated as a Discussion Moderator, as I will have no tolerance for any drama, make sure to treat users here with respect, and to help out with those is need. I am determined to become a Discussion Moderator, but I will understand if I'm not chosen.
