Why hasn't Sonic Team remade Unleashed. They remade Sonic Colors (Sonic Colors of all games), but not Unleashed? Where's the logic? Make it make sense. Was it too hard to censor something in it? Did they not have confidence in the game?

Unleashed is great the way it is that's why
You could say the same about every game that has been remade.
IDK.
One reason might be because of the initial reception it got back in '08 from dorky "journalists" and ingrates who whined about the Werehog. Sega isn't smart enough to realize that there are people who now appreciate it a lot more in retrospect.
That's not even mentioning that they generally just like to ignore things that make the most sense
"They remade Sonic Colors (Sonic Colors of all games), but not Unleashed? Where's the logic?"
Believe it or not there's a reason why Colors Ultimate is a thing. It's because its simplicity would have made it easier for newcomers to digest following the success of the films. Swap "the films" with "Mario & Sonic" and boom you got the OG Colors' entire raison d'etre
An Unleashed remake is highly anticipated but I suppose they thought Generations was more suitable for the Fearless campaign or something

No offense but I struggle to fathom why fans act like Sega and Sonic Team are in some sort of cabal that only worships Classic games and goes out of their way to avoid the poorly-received 3D titles when in fact they always double down on awknowledging the games they're supposedly ashamed of. Go anywhere on Sonic Channel and they'll celebrate Sonic '06 as an exciting adventure, and you want me to think they hate Unleashed, arguably the game that set the foundation for the series' direction in the 2010s?
Too divisive to get a remaster honestly.
Well, it's possible they have plans for it.
Colours was possible done first because of it's console exclusively for years, so that would give a reason for people to buy it (plus also to test how much people would like Sonic remakes, and possibly due to third party help with BlindSquirrel.)
Generation meanwhile is noticeably has more positive reception when compared to Unleashed, so they probably thought that was the better pick to remake (people already have good faith the game will be well, and the added content would be more reason to get it)
It's possible Unleashed will get remade if they want to continue this thread, but they choose the latter two for some factors.
Maybe the Unleashed remaster would combine the HD Versions with the PS2/Wii Versions. Such as replace the HD Eggmanland with the PS2/Wii Eggmanland.
And the infinitely better SD Dark Gaia fight that is just Punch Out.
What do you think?
