Sigh… more stupid slander against the mario movie. Look, the casting may be divisive, but at least they actually tried. I didn’t really mind the cast in the mario movie. Almost everyone did a good job.

@Cameron Elturk difference is, Deadpool’s jokes are actually funny. Unlike Sonic’s.

@Imdoneeatingmom Seth Rogen voiced Donkey Kong in the Mario movie, and the point is that Seth Rogen went on record to state when doing voiceovers, he doesn't try to make them sound unique, he just uses his actual voice for all characters he plays.

And Donkey Kong DOES have a game actor, but only in Japan (Takashi Nagasako), and even then he doesn't speak coherent sentences, just his trademark sounds (kinda like how Pokemon like Charizard has a voice actor in Japan, but all he does is make roaring and growling sounds for him).

To @D. Schrute: Hey, I would prefer Keanu's voice-performance as Shadow, rather than Seth Rogen's as Donkey Kong, last year. Believe me; the latter performance was the worst. Glad you agreed with me on that, though.
