IDK. Whichever one the characters using guns in the game use I suppose?

Erron Black uses a bear trap and a rifle in MK 11 for a painful Fatality.

I also remembered he used a sand grenade and a marked bullet for at least two other fatalities in MKX so I guess those would be them there.
