A theory ofmine is that Splash Hill Zone is actually made of plastic.
The "ground" looks like it was made with a mold of some sort and the grass looks flat and shiny, like plastic. The flowers are perhaps plastic, the kind you find in business lobbies. The water is the only thing I find authentic in the zone.
