I don't know how to unlock hypersonic
I was going to start a thread in the Nintendo Switch asking if it will be worth it, but given I have half an hour to decide I figured not to.
I've been heavily contemplating on whenever to buy it ever since it's release.
So far I've weight out my options for only three games:
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Pokémon Go! Eevee Edition (Don't like how semi-dependable it is on Pokémon Go! though.)
Pokémon Sword or Shield (If Nintendo released a third installment like Crystal, Emerald or Platinum it be a more easier decision)
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 (Not really that into the Olympic games, but I'm still thinking on whether SNN will host it's own Wikilympics.)
If there was any Sega exclusives to the Switch such as Sonic Lost World then I'd be more inclined to get the console.
My other option I was considering was the Playstation 4, with Spider-man, Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy VII. However with FF7 still in development and PlayStation 5 in August 2020 I think it be likely FF7 will move it's development to PS5 so if the PS5 will be backwards compatable with PS4 then I might as well buy the next-gen console.
But on the subject of this thread, Hyper Sonic was exclusive to Sonic 3 & Knuckles. He was never in any of the later games.
Are you copy pasting info? Or are you really typing?
I'm really typing.
I figured to start my own thread on the subject but then I noticed this thread and figured to place it here given it's about the Nintendo Switch.
Wow. So you are just a fast typer?
I like to think I am.
But it's my first post on this topic. I simply took my time to write it all out.
But I have been contemplating getting either a PlayStation 4 or a Nintendo Switch ever since they came out.
Hyper sonic is not in Sonic Forces, sorry.
He's not in Sonic mania either. Double sorry.
@Mystic Monkey
I was thinking about getting a switch too, but I'm concerned about the widespread drift problems. As for games, I got plenty.
Pokemon, Smash Bros, Zelda, Cadence of Hyrule, Shantae, Mario Kart, Astral Chain, Harvest Moon, Fire Emblem and etc.
It all comes down to Nintendo permanently fixing their faulty hardware.
Truth be told I am loaded to frivouslously spend money on both PS4 and Switch. But there are two reasons why I do not want to.
I'm more of a PC gamer these days. Not that I thoroghly take sides on the matter but there has only been three games on each console that particularly appeal to me so I don't want to buy an over-hundred-pounds machine just for the few games. I was half expecting Sega to contribute some Sonic Team exclusives. Other than Sega Ages games not much else appealing.
I don't want to buy a brand new console... say a PlayStation 4, only to turn out a sequal console to come out a year later (PlayStation 5 for 2020 holidays) If the PS5 is backwards compatable then I will buy that knowing I can still get Spider-man and Kingdom Hearts III for it which I've yet to play. Though won't be suprised if Final fantasy VII remake will end up a PS5 exclusive.
>widespread drift
What's that?
You want to buy a nintendo switch but don't know about the drifting problems?
Oh boy.
