I didn't know we had this here thread up, so I re-opened the old thread,
posted this, realised I was a butt and closed it again.

But the skinny of what I said is I believe Journalistic is an alright admin, his issue is mostly social and something he should deal with and that we should all help him if he knows the issue.

Admittedly, that was better put than my original post here. At the very least I hope this thread brings light to these issues so they can be resolved.

Agree.

I remember ages back when Bullet Fransisco asked for renomination I did a
quick interview with him I remember asking him which would he choose overall for the well being of SNN: Community (users, forums, visitors and members) or Information? (article content, structure, regulations).

I believe all of us here are to some degree one or the other. I myself more "Community" over "Content" but I'm not exclusive to the forums and browse over SNN articles I can add or fix up whatever I find.

I believe Journalistic is all stacked towards "Content", he's a great admin and given a lot for SNN, but he has no points for "community" which makes him detatched and rude to others. Instead of seeing the community that contribute to SNNs content, he sees them more of a drag.

But the matter could also be more personal for him, could be he has a sense of superiority over other users or maybe he finds it a struggle and ends up feeling inappreciated for being honest or closing threads he think shouldn't be there while everyone is upset with him. And whenever someone tries to address and understand him, feels confronted by it.

I know I'm sounding a bit psychological mumbo-jumbo, but I know how it's like trying to identify something as simple as "How I feel today?" or how to put to words the gut feeling for situations that bother me.

Heck I didn't knew about this thread when I made
this post, as one admin who wants to get along with others, I was nervous for making that post because I knew I was putting myself in a bit of turmoil, but I despite the concerns of worrying, as an admin I felt I had to say what need to be said because I was aware others were being submissive around him in a bad way.

He has a had a hard time regarding the community. He has had to endure a lot of what he felt as kinder garden backtalk from editors who were supposed to be the mature ones. Instead of being honest and direct with him, users would backtalk him and make discussions about him without including him. This (supposedly) prompted him to remove himself from the users, so we are all at fault for this in some way.
