Tripod Baby

Tripod Baby (jap. トライポット・ベイビー Toraipotto beibī) , auch bekannt als Tripod Baby (Shadow the Hedgehog Mix)^[1] ist ein Remix des gleichnamigen Origalliedes von M-Flo. Das Lied wurde zur Bewerbung des 2005 erschienenen Titels Shadow the Hedgehog genutzt.

Geschichte[]

Die Originalversion stammt aus M-Flos Album Beat Space Nine, das Teil der "M-Flo Loves" -Serie war, in welcher jeder Song einen eigenen Gastsänger hatte (mit drei Ausnahmen). Die remixte Version wurde offiziell in "M-Flo loves Shadow the Hedgehog - Tripod Baby" umbenannt. Diese enthielt auch eine veränderte Version des Musikvideos, die szenen vom Videospiel sowie eigens für den Remix erstelltte Animationen enthielt. Beispielsweise enthielt das Video Ausschnitte von einem tanzenden Shadow the Hedgehog. Am Ende fängt Shadow M-Flo und Lisa als seine Tänzerin ein.

Tripod Baby wurde nur im iTunes Store veröffentlicht und ist nicht in einen der offiziellen Soundtrack-Alben des Spieles enthalten.

Im Remixalbum namens Dope Space Nine hatte unter anderem der Tripod Baby Remix aus der Werbung einen Auftritt in einem Album bekommen. ^[2]
